Dr. Quintela is the CEO and Founder of Quintela Group and a recognized authority on the effective use of assessments and technology for talent management. Over the past 15 years, he implemented assessment and development systems for industry leaders such as Accenture, Target, CapitalOne, ConocoPhillips, FedEx Office (formerly Kinko’s), Harrah’s Entertainment, and many others. After helping establish the first US-based presence for Saville Consulting, he grew a distribution partnership with Saville into a well-established assessment and technology firm.
Joel earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University and is a member of Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Society for Psychologists in Management, and HR People & Strategy
