As a consultant on the Talent Solutions Team, Caitlin brings a strong Industrial/Organizational Psychology research and practice background to her partnership with clients. In addition to implementing technology solutions, Caitlin provides I/O consulting and data analysis support to client projects. Before joining Quintela, Caitlin worked both internally and externally, delivering best-practice assessment, development, engagement, and performance management solutions to a wide variety of organizations and industries.

Dr. Cavanaugh earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, where her research and published work focused on performance management. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology.
